The Choir and the Orchestra of the University of Piemonte Orientale born last October, 2005 as focal point for everyone who wants to make Music inside the University.
Our activities go along the entire Academic Year with rehearsals, laboratories and concerts - opened to students, ex-students and University staff.
Our public concerts are the natural relationship between University and District: a distinguished representative organ but a Knowledge center, too.
The Choir has a polyphonic structure, with four-part harmonization of chants for mixed voices, and it's made up of students, professors and other University staff from Alessandria, Novara, Vercelli.
The Orchestra is made up of students (with own Music studies) and professional musicians.

Our goal is to perform Musicals and Soundtracks; our repertory start from Classic Music to Latin, pop and Contemporary Music.
